You simply have to check the settings with your phone. This could be that notifications have either been turned off or you have to edit your sound profile and increase the volume

This wil have to do with the settings on your phone. Maybe you can uninstall the app and reinstall to see if that fixes it

Yes, it is always 20% and the driver is responsible for paying it to them through the app, using mobile money or a credit card

They dont have access to the funds since most trips are cash trips, that is why the driver would have to pay mostly by the end lf the day. When your commission accumulates to more than 50 cedis, you'll be blocked from getting new requests, sp you always have to check and may payments before it reaches the limit

So this happens when you're almost at the destination of the client you're carrying. A new request is sent to you when you're about ending the trip and you choose to accept or not. However, if you don't accept incoming trip, it affects your activity on the platform. If you wish not to accept new requests when driving a passenger, there's an option to turn new requests off.
