I took your advice from the last video, and crafted my vision, my alchemy of self as Sam Ovens says. It makes such a big difference. You have a filter for your thoughts, beliefs, actions. And it’s soo exciting to visualize it honestly. As you said, definitely better than Netflix and Chill. Great video Mikey!

love it dude true when we do something we love, we work 24h without any problem but when some guru forces a business model into you even though you don't like it, then things become bad I also hated life when I used to send cold dms and emails, even if I was making thousands a month, that's still a miserable way to live

Love this! All id say is sometimes ‘misaligned’ thoughts, places people or situations that weren’t in your vision end up taking you where you wanted to be and you didn’t know. Our current idea of our vision is limited by our present.

Agreed. I think it’s about having clarity on the WHERE you’re going, without attachment to the HOW. Steve jobs famously said: “You can't connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backwards. So you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future” Surrender to the flow, navigating the currents within the flow without letting it lead you astray or paddling harshly against the currents .

So in summary: craft a vision of your future, align everything in your life with that vision (conscious curation), develop a mindfulness practice and become aware of your cognitive biases and limiting beliefs and challenge them. Really great video, still can’t believe you’re at 4,000 subscribers What books have you read on human behavioral psychology that you found the most impactful?

I’ve studied many of the concepts in school, in terms of traditional psychology stuff. But in terms of more practical stuff, Man’s search for meaning by viktor frankl is a must read, meditations by Marcus Aurelius, 4 agreements by don miguel Ruiz all have had deep impact on me When you can connect the dots between the spiritual and psychological / scientific stuff that’s when it gets fun cause you realize they’re all saying g the same thing

How do you find your highest vision?

I made this video which might be helpful kzbin.info/www/bejne/pGPFnKR5o9qkrLcsi=137pf-D0D-q-nVOP There’s also a 3hr podcast from Robert Greene and Andrew huberman discussing purpose which really helped me. This is an ever evolving question, don’t get too caught up in this. The simplest answer, is often the right one. I once read: “The incessant stream of thoughts from our rational brain, often drowns out the whispers of our soul”
