Having a huge sneaker collection doesn’t make you fashionable, imo. There’s a certain way you can elevate your style and not just have those “sneakerhead” outfits in your closet. I’m 37 and Ive been rocking OG J’s since the mid 90s but you definitely have to elevate your style for certain occasions. I’ve worked for Aldo for a number of years so I’ve definitely got used to loafers and boots to change up my style. I grew up in the loose fit jeans and I just can’t go back, gotta keep em slim. But I always tell people to wear what they feel comfortable in. Been rocking with Eddie since day 1, I appreciate all the great content.

I love my Jordan’s, but I also have a number of other different brands that I also love wearing. I like the fact that you showcase different brands, and give us some ideas on how to style with them. Most other sneaker channels are really “collectors” and probably don’t even wear half the sneakers they have. I wear ALL the sneakers I buy, regardless of what they cost, or what they MIGHT be worth 5 years from now. I buy sneakers that I like, are comfortable, and go with the style I like. I don’t buy sneakers because they are “hot” or that’s what everyone is wearing. If that’s what some people prefer, good for them. That’s their choice, and there’s nothing right, or wrong with that. I just prefer to wear something different than every other person is wearing.

I’ve been dressing more on the “formal” side for a few years now. I’m in my early 30’s. I’m a regular viewer of the Gentleman’s Gazette KZbin channel and really enjoy the timeless look of classic menswear. That said, I am also trying to find ways that I can extend my fashion choices and wear other types of clothes with confidence. Just got my first pair of Jordan 1 lows and trying to piece together some outfits around them. Thank you for the content.
