His guide is good, yes... try the test again, use his guide lines.....but don't downshift into 2nd gear, keep it in 3rd. See how easily you can get gold with this small adjustment

I was so sad when your old videos never got a follow-up after a license. Glad you came back. I'm not even trying to get all gold, after a13 and 16, I went all silver then ia and on, i just wanting to pass. I still subscribed. Thanks for the videos, they did still help me. It's a pretty complete tutorial, I'd say! I wouldn't be able to explain how to get the golds, even having done them 3 or 4 times overall.

IA-16 got me hard. IA-15 first try with 15 seconds faster

6:34 what u mean "release the brake *slowly* "? How can I slowly release the Square button on my Dualshock

The button is analogic, so if you press it more lightly you can brake more lightly as well. But, if you want to get better, I recommend you to start using the R3 analogic instead (up to accelerate and down to brake), it offers more precise inputs in comparison to the buttons.

Yeah, IA-15 is honestly pretty easy to gold. I remember I found it extremely intimidating to race on a track longer than 3 minutes when I first started playing. Not to mention just how easy it is to go off track when you're not familiar with the course. It's easier nowadays to write off this test, but I've always remembered this one so infamously because of my past and potentially some people's current experience.
