Dude, the same thing happened to me at the beginning of the video, especially on the S-15 haha. I really appreciate the videos, they helped me a lot with the high-speed braking points. And man, it's just weird how some licenses have an "OK" time limit for gold, and others require practically perfection (S-03, S-09, S-12, S-16), in this case, those are the ones I had the most difficulty with. I did them all with the Xbox controller, but I still think that the precision and sensitivity on the steering wheel are on another level. Dude, S-16 was boring, it's one thing to demand perfection on a 1-minute track, it's another thing to demand perfection on a "7-hour" track ;-; oooh Sony... The "S" licenses can only mean one thing, S from Satan, I'm free, glory. Thanks again, all the best to you!

Just wanna say THANK YOU for the guides! I gold'd all of the licenses... except the IA-16 and S-16 because how HARD they are to do with KB (my controller gone and PCSX2 doesn't support G29)

Woah! Golding on keyboard is crazy!!! I'm honestly impressed with even getting that far. Good stuff 👏 Also, what version of PCSX2 are you running? I've been using my G29 with no issues after setting it to 'Driving Force Pro' in the controller tab. There's no FFB, but it's still 100% functional outside of that.

Use the qt builds of pcsx2 to be able to use again the g29 controller

I've used both an older nightly version of PCSX2 and this current one and my G29's worked flawlessly in both.

This is a nice vídeo showing how to nail these tracks, but the S license in this game is better when you get bronze.. you got a Mercury Cougar for free and can be useful through your gameplay, the silver and Gold prize cara are almost useless in this case.

Yeah, you're almost incentivised not to try to gold this license if you know the rewards. It's also not even needed to beat the game with since only the extreme events require the license. It's a very confusing event, to say the least.

My nightmare was one that we use a 2000gt in New York, its funny because the hardest i could pass easily (hours playing on Nurburgring), just push the 300 sl on the last corner.. i know its almost cheating, but it works. Keep the good work!

@@Hasanlz2YT Yes! I used to speedrun these tests on controller while casually getting golds during runs. I even made sure to gold every test on controller before I started speedrunning to prove to myself it was possible.
