I make green screens using Blender version 3.0 alpha. I test every one using CyberLink 365 chroma key. I literally just did finish one 15 minutes ago and it worked perfectly. For me, the trick is to not have green reflections on objects before using the key. Have also found I can use most any color and get same result. Sometimes green isn't what a person needs.

I have got my Green screen subscribe button and have followed the instructions by you and Cyberlink but when I try the colour drop/selector it does not work !! It worked easily with Filmora 10 which I still have and this should be easy. the subscribe button is a MPEG 4 movie file so is this why I can't get it to work?

Do I have to have an actual green screen, or can I simply layer one video of an individual over another video?
@PDU_Tutorials Жыл бұрын
You need a green screen to record the footage
@eransolomonmusic3 жыл бұрын
Hi and thanks great job as ever. A question : Zoom has a virtual option where you load a Pic and it becomes a background picture for the human figure on the screen with no green screen required. It just discerns what's human and what's not, because it's clever.... Do we have such an option in Pdr?
@PDU_Tutorials3 жыл бұрын
No there is no feature like this in PD. IMHO the option that Zoom has is not very precise. Many times parts of the individual are cut off or distorted.
@eransolomonmusic3 жыл бұрын
@@PDU_Tutorials thanks a lot. You are right - it's not very precise... But I could sometimes use it. I've actually resorted to making a short Zoom session especially for that, and incorporated that into my pd project. But of course it's low quality.

@PDU_Tutorials Жыл бұрын
@@Yhwhelrey Yes, you need a background clip. Just film wherever you and your son are without either of you in the scene. Then place that clip above the clip of you and your son. @@PDU_Tutorials well in your great example, the dancing person is on a green screen already. But how to best create this? What if you have a normal video and you want to remove the background, and replace the background with a green screen? If the person is dancing like in your example, it would be great to remove background while PD tracks the dancing figure...
@PDU_Tutorials3 жыл бұрын
@@WiljanWiljan so instead of filming a person using a green screen, you want to film them in a regular setting and then add a green screen? IMHO if you can change the background of a regular video why not just replace the background with the new background instead of replacing it with a green screen and then adding a new background. You can change the background of a regular video using a mask and keyframes kzbin.info/www/bejne/e3jap32Em62Nibc or using a motion mask kzbin.info/www/bejne/a5Stg6duqsuZi6c

I love what you doing been watching you for years learned a lot thank you so much. But I want to ask you a question. Let's say I go in for PowerDirector 365. And I'm paying this prize every month they say I do this for two to three years. And I can't afford to continue paying these payments for using this program. Even though over this period of time I put out a lot of money I'm mostly doing this for the hobby side. This means I can't use program no more. And I paid out a lot of money. Wouldn't it be better just to have a program and pay three or four hundred dollars and own? And then I think about what if they go out of business. Where am I then. It happened to Pro Show. I would appreciate your response thank you very much

@PDU_Tutorials3 жыл бұрын
Find a sound effect of a beep and place it on the track where ever the bad word is said. Also, mute the bad word so only the beep is heard.
@chrislauterbach88563 жыл бұрын
Stretch the timeline out, because it is easier to see things when they are spread out. Go to the audio track. Put audio markers a little before and after the "word(s)". You do this holding down the control button and clicking on the line at each spot. Then slightly inside of these markers add two more audio markers. Drag the two inside markers down to the bottom to mute the audio at that spot. You can move all four markers to get the mute correctly positioned.
