Very useful as always. I have purchased some plants from still water aquatics recently. In the package I got some plants are not in good shape. Nothing to compIain with the current scenario as getting plants in market also is very difficult . I have sent a msg to team Stillwater and Pooja ji immediately responded. Tried more than 10 times.. The water which i use is hard as it comes from underground.. Is that the issue? Even if i have put ro water then also the sams thing is happening. Hard water is an issue and there could be other parameters in you tank that are not right, like Light Co2 etc, please check

Sir 2nd question is that it's always good to acclimate the plants that you buy from shops which are loose coz the water condition of our tank and the ship tank conditions are diffrent and most of the shop Keeper I spoke to said after cutting the rizons/Rosetta and their roots its compelsary to put root tabs is that true?
