The bible says that the ageless beauty of a woman is a gentle and quiet spirit (1 Peter 3:4) As children of God, whenever we're dealing with anger or temper we always have to look at the cross and see what Jesus did for us on there and we should look at how Jesus Christ reacted to such situations. He was humble, loving and gracious in every way he spoke and communicated with everyone. James 4:6 God resists the proud and gives grace to the humble. **Going back to dealing with our temper and emotions, we should always be humble DEFINITELY.✅ I love your videos By the way and I'm glad to see more creators who speak and teach about the Word of God. This is really great advice! I've learned recently, added to what you said, tell God how you feel in the moment and release it to him. Psalm 55:22 says "Cast your cares on the Lord and he WILL sustain you. He will never let the righteous be shaken." When you intentionally do this, and BELIEVE that he will sustain you, he immediately removes the feeling of anger, depression, worry, I guarantee. However, believing the truth of his Word is very important here.

God I'm a short sighted fool😭😭I snap a lot I'm very much defensive. I don't give people benefits of doubt I think they intentional testing my patience which I don't have. Lord help me hold my anger🙏. This is a really good video! A couple of weeks ago I went to the Janet jackson concert with a friend.. at least I thought she was my friend and after the concert we was having girl talk about a guy she was speaking too and I remember giving her advice such as don’t waste your time but what lead to her talking negatively about was when I told her “ you gave the guy the impression you was interested in him” and that’s when she told me . I’m older than you and you could learn from me because your really dumb and naive!!” I have no clue why she told me this but I immediately walked away because I don’t deal with toxic behavior and I believe women should uplift one another and not tear another down because of your own feelings towards something. Silence is def the best revenge! I didn’t tell her anything. She never called me and I never called her. I don’t deal with people like that PERIOD!!!!

Growing up, I’m 16 now. But I’ve always been lacking emotional intelligence because it was never shown to me. My mom was abused growing up and she was hostile towards me if I asked a small question. My dad he drinks all the time and never had time for me. When someone is sad I don’t know how to react , I feel disconnected
