Dude, thanks for showing this method. I wasn't sure how to inoculate substrate bag and then seal it while using a SAB. The clips is a great tip!

My pleasure! Yeah, I was surprised by how little info there is out there for doing fruiting blocks in a still air box, it's always a little tricky to maneuver them in there but this is the best method I've found :)

have you tried simply using chlorinated water for a minute or so, then soaking in distilled or RO water for a bit to absorb the water. Just thinking that the chlorine might be enough to get rid of contaminants, then in sterile container, let it soak in UV filtered RO water. Might be able to skip the pressure cooker step.

After you harvest the lions mane. What then with the fruiting block? How long can you continue growing in that fruiting block?

You can usually harvest 2-3 times from the same block. Just leave it and it'll regrow!
