Absolutely delicious & very easy to prepare. This was our 1st time having a Lion's Mane Mushroom so I went simple. After slicing them into 1/2" slices, I sauteed them in a dry skillet until they started to get a golden color. I then added about 1 Tbls. bacon fat & a light sprinkle of sea salt & continued cooking for a couple of minutes. We were having Miracle Noodles in a light sauce with browned ground pork sausage & the mushrooms just added an extra delicious touch to our meal, as a side. I was able to acquire our Lion's Mane through Imperfect Foods, in case anyone wants to try looking there.

I've never seen lion's mane mushrooms at stores in my area. I'm about to give growing mushrooms a try. I ordered a blue oyster mushroom kit earlier today. If those go well, I might give a lion's mane kit a try. Another video I watched suggested one option for dealing with their excess moisture was to press them with a tortilla press before cooking them.

Nice to know I can also do them in an air fryer scenario. For those interested in more medicinal info, search down Paul Stamets here on YT. Also, watch the interview with Joe Rogan for a seriously eye opening interview. Paul has a small company dealing in fungi supplements called "Fungi Perfecti." I started on a daily dose of Lion's Mane, and within 3 days I was noticing a significant cognitive/energy improvement. Amazing really. Feel the Lion's Roar!
