Buy vitamin E capsules and pop one or two along your edges.That vitamin E will stimulate growth on the scalp.

Ouu for video topics I was wondering if you could do more mental health videos more geared for beginner mental health professionals entering into the field (ie. What you wished you knew post master graduation, what applying for jobs looked like for you, how to negotiate your salary, work life balance post master program)

@I've noticed that when I curl my microlocs, the curls only last for 1 or 2 days - must I use mousse when doing my hair because using water only isn't working!! I am focusing on washing my hair weekly instead of monthly so I hope to see results soon 🤞🏿

@anydae I do a braid-out every 2- 3 days to keep my waves intact.

@@anydae the doux mousse def is the truth if you want to add it! It depends what mood I’m in. Mine typically last a week because I let my braids/pillow curlers stay in for like 48 hours. That’s the only time mine last (whether with water only or the doux).

@ I don't like how braid-outs look on me.... I might have to try it once more then, thanks
