I'm gonna do this for 14 days - keeping yawl updated!! Day 1 - It was pretty easy actually! I did this right before I went to bed then applied a nail mask, soaked my nails in warm water to remove the mask and I think it works best that way! I'm definitely gonna be adding this into my night routine from now on! The only bad thing is it makes my hands dead greasy and sticky so I recommend doing a nail soak around 10 - 20 mins later or just washing your hands (if your gonna do this then let the olive oil soak into your nails and work it's magic beforehand). Other than that it feels nourishing and I have high hopes this will work yay! Day 2 - Did it again before bed! I'm already seeing some growth! Nothing much more to say I guess Just saying please like my comment so I can come back and add the updates!

According to me, I am a nail biter and wants to grow nails. So what she means by growing nails overnight is that even if I bite my nails and sleep next day it would be grown a bit but using these tips it would speed u. So it won't be like hers overnight but in a week there will be difference.

steps for long and healthy nails : 1-put lemon or orange everyday for 5 minutes and then take wash your nails in warm water for 2-3 minutes 2-take garlic + olive oil after rubbing wash your nails with soap and water 3-take out hot water and then squeeze half a lemon into the hot water and but your nails inside for 5 mins 4-take garlic and rub it all over your nails and then sleep warning ! (do this step at night not in the morning )

It’s the norm and just a potential sign that they aren’t as hydrated as they could be. Like skin. Most people aren’t walking around looking like glazed donuts, but that’s not “bad” or “unhealthy”. Nails also don’t have to be perfectly translucent to be well hydrated either. Personally, my nails are usually only semi-translucent when they’re well taken care of. They’re only see through when wet or actively being hydrated.

Fun Fact: Olive oil also can help grow out your lashes! If you mix olive oil and vaseline, you will get better results! I tried and now my lashes are 1/3 of an inch long, which is way longer than I thought they would be lol
