I haven't got that down pack just as yet!! I'm am currently trying a murad face wash that alot of people recommend so i will keep you posted! oh I have added using toner after washing my face and i see amazing results ( my skin looks smoother and my pores seem smaller)

@@wolfmaster3504 rice water is really good for hair growth (in my experience) but i dont use it when i have braids because fermented rice water tends to stink. build up from that would be lethal after a month 😭

John Faith no I try not to wash my hair till closer to the 3 week mark ! So try not to use coconut oil use a light oil like argan oil
