Congrats bro! Hey i wanted to know what is your take on reducing high blood pressure. I'm doing calesthenics already, i was surprised to see my bp to be slightly high (136/85)

*For starters* since your BP is slightly elevated you want to make sure that you measured everything correctly. This means taking your blood pressure before any physical exercise, not having had any coffee close to that, feeling completely relaxed, and using the right & calibrated device. *Next* retry measuring your BP everyday or every other day for at least 10 days to make sure this wasn't random. *Finally* if this insists, since you're quite young for it to be stress related, it's best to consult a specialist.

Walking is a good way to reduce blood pressure .. also I would recommend checking your diet , maybe adding certain foods that help to reduce blood pressure
