I wasn't lucky with onions before. I think the seeds were old, so nothing grew. This year I have a sprouted onion so I am going to get seeds from that and try again. I have gained some confidence looking at your garden.

True. Seed quality is one major killer of our gardening time. With bad quality seed (old and expired one), whatever we do, it fails. The new seed you collected from the onion flower should be good now. You can start newly now. All the best
