I love shiitake mushrooms too, a few would pop up here if the ground is very moist and has lots of shade; but quickly dies when the sun comes out. The pizza looks delicious 😍 Ate you can invest in silicone backing sheets you will never have to buy baking sheet paper again 💕

Shiitake is really good for immune system. It's like sickness Repellant 😅. . I used to take it in powder form and put it in my coffee. . we only have oyster mushroom here, growing in the woods.

I saw the mushroom kit before but I was hesitant to buy it because there is no direct sunlight in our house or a proper ventilation (veranda) so I decided not to do it . I am afraid it may not work . but I love how you grow all your plants. you did a great job! all the food looks so good as well! 💗

Then mushrooms are perfect for you coz they don’t need sunlight at all. They love dark and humid place 🥰
