Hello dear Chingoo! It's summer in Korea. Do you eat special food for summer? In Korea, they call the three hottest days Sambok : Chobok, Jungbok and Malbok. It's Chobok, the first hottest summer day of the year, so I made Samgyetang. People eat Samgyetang during Sambok to beat heat with heat (Yiyeol Chiyeol ). Samgyetang has ginseng which is hot and gives energy. It's the perfect food for people who loss their appetite and energy during the very hot days. I also made cucumber kimchi (oi sobagi ) a popular summer kimchi . Enjoy watching this summer vlog, I cooked some other food as well and went to the cat island to feeds street cats

오이소박이 and 수박화채 are all foods that remind me of summer.☀️ I heard a few years ago that there are hydrangeas at Daewangam, but this year I failed to go there too. I live in Ulsan, but live on the other side, so I go Busan easily than go to Dong-gu. Oh, you cooked 삼계탕 for 초복. Great!! 👍🏻👍🏻 I couldn't eat it in 초복 and even in 중복(yesterday). There are too many people in the 보양식 restaurant. In the summer, I'm busy with work, so I don't cook big meals at home. I'm too tired to even do the dishes.😭 Instead, I ate your delicious 삼계탕 with my eyes! 😉
