Sunflower micro greens are large, substantial greens that are crunchy and have a pleasant nutty flavor. We love to use them as a base for any microgreens salad. They make an excellent snack and your kids will even try to sneak them! We recommend this as a staple of any crop or microgreens salad.

There are many KZbinrs to choose from, when it comes to microgreen tutorials. I enjoy several different channels, but I always find myself searching for this channel when it's time for a refresher, or to try a new grow. You have a positive attitude, are to the point, with good explanations and information. Thank you!

Your Hydrogen Peroxide mixture has expired and is not effective. Hydrogen Peroxide is VERY sensitive to light (that is why it is in a brown bottle). So, you will have to make that mix fresh every time.

I was speaking with someone about the trays and blackout and they said to flip it. I misunderstood and I thought she meant to flip the sprouted seeds into the tray without holes. (Yes dum dum here) and when I realized what she meant after watching this video my question is will my sunflower sprouts still find its way to the top of the soil? I see a few of them have because they weren't fully buried but will they all?

All of a sudden, I can just not grow spicy salad mix or sunflower without a couple-few patches of that spiderweb mold. So discouraging, but I don't know why is what's most annoying, sanitizing with peroxide, trying to keep good airflow, not over watering. I wondered if maybe the plastic shelf the trays are sitting on are unclean and that could cause it? Cause I've never cleaned the shelf, I just wanna figure it out. Don't like mold!🙃

No and no. Other KZbin channels are very wrong pulling crops out during these phases to water them. It’s 100% not needed. Imagine having 2-10 racks of microgreens and having to take them out of blackout daily, unstack, wipe down every tray, and water them… daily!? 😰😰😰😰 Haha.
