How to Grow Watercress

Wild watercress grows well in ponds and streams, so during this video Steve experiments with using a water feature in his garden to grow watercress. The steps he uses to 'plant' the water cress are stepped out and explained in this video.

Sorry about the slow reply. It did grow well for a while but then got infested with caterpillars - something I did not consider. Because of the initial good growth, I am going to give it another go, and consider ways to protect it from the caterpillars.

Sadly, it did not go well. the problem was not the fountain, but a predator moth and its caterpillars :(
