Once a day . Jicama or Yam Bean. (Pachyrhizus erosus) 120 days. Long vines can grow 20 feet long and produce delicious tubers. These have become very popular in the last few years.

Build a small green house then to protect from sunlight. part sun is not enough. Fertile, well drained, sandy loam soil is best suited for cultivation of yam bean

Did you harvest the bulbs from these plants? A friend of mine grew these vines, it fruited n seeded...but no bulbs! What was she doing wrong?

we have to cut the bud of it. Don't allow the plant to flowers. cut the top of the plant continuously
