I've been binge watching a lot of your videos Alissa - they're all great and very helpful. This one, though, is a standout for me for two reasons. The first is mindset; getting rid of, or quieting, the self-doubts and fear. The second is that action brings results ie. DO something before you've got it all worked out. I totally agree that the rest will follow if you just follow your gut and put your thoughts into action. (I have a great life experience of this happening. But that's for another time 😆)

I sell digital products (lightroom presets) and I'm realllyy looking to expand my shop and take it to the next level. I’ve never had a customer say this before and I’ve sold hundreds of this template so far but this one customer says canva charged them $2 to download the template. Hey Michelle! What have you heard? I have an Etsy shop AND my own store now so I have more control. I definitely suggest you diversify eventually, but Etsy is still great for beginners when they are intimidated with getting started. I don't think I would have personally started my business if it wasn't made so easy with Etsy, but now I've expanded and have my own brand on my own website!

We miss you on the tube! I launched my Etsy shop after the PPP challenge but no sales. I get about 5 shop visits daily but no conversions… I’m thinking to restyle my product but how do I do that without being too similar to what’s selling? That’s what I’ve been pondering 🤔

Congrats on launching! How long has your shop been open for now and how many visits do you have on your top visited listing? If it's under 100 visits, you need more data before you rule it out being your product (aka you need more targeted traffic).
