I call them innies, and I have my hubby and me do them every time we do our quad day and hammie day. We do go to failure and it hurts, but we do them . I do see my legs gettin' bigger from the inside which is cool, when I take pics of myself, to see how I'm lookin'. Thx Hunter😁

I use that machine and trust me I have great respect for it because years ago I got cocky and crawled out of that gym ice packs for at least a week.

Yeah abductor exercise makes a big difference but we need to take into account the variation of leg exercises and to be able to hit that from all angles....many people forget just because they squat that's it but is just one sided perspective,

Great input Huntwr. Put these at the beginning and hit them as hard as all other exercises. Do your leg warm up stretches in between your sets of this. Seems to warm up hips nicely for heavier movements.

@@JokerandDr.Q 1. Deadlifts & squats being compound movements are much harder to perform than adductor machine and you wont perform them as well

thanks hunter. great tip, can you also suggest one more exercise for internal quads. I have been doing adductor machine but internal quads are stubborn to respond

I don’t think there are different exercises for the inner head of the quads. they all connect to the tibia and serve to extend the leg. you might just have unfortunate genetics
