HSBC’s standard savings products, like the Online Bonus Saver or Regular Saver, typically offer rates lower than the BoE base rate. Wise has better benefit than hsbc or other traditional banks

I did that. Called ukvi and there is a process to raise complaint. Takes a bit of time but we get refund.
