When I’m in half camel on one side sometimes, I uncontrollably collapse and feel a spasm in my whole body. Is this normal?

We recommend going only as deep as you can control the movement and you don't collapse. Keep engaging your abdomen to protect your lower back and focus on lifting the sternum. Take it step by step :)
