I watched this several times while working on my pillow which looks like a huge Easter egg! I used somechenille yarn I picked up a local craft store. . I guess my stitches need to be tighter...the video looks so simple. The pillows looks cute and firm. I"m going to have to try this again and pick up some more yarn.

Hi! 😊Good Morning☀️ I wanted to thank you so much for doing this video. You did a fabulous job in explaining step by step and your pillow came out lovely! I never did knitting or crocheting before and I found your video to be GREAT! I did two ...one in vintage white and sky blue. It took me 30 mins to do each one. My hubby loves them too. I showed off to my friends lol and they loved them too! Super soft. I used Bernat Blanket Big Yarn. Finger knitting is easy to do even for a newbie like me in the sewing world! Lol This has helped me keep my days busy during this virus outbreak. Next I will be making some for my mom for her bed and surprise her by shipping them to her in New York. I know she will love them too! Thanks Again!! Stay Safe....and I can’t wait to see what you do next! 👍😃Oh...I wish there was a way I could of shared a picture of my pillows to you on here.

I can't seem to figure out closing the bottom (the end with the tail)... the hole at the bottom is so big that going around it once doesn't close it up. If i cinch it tighter, it creates big gaps where i pull it tight - plus it distorts the shape and makes it lumpy... I've tried making the first chain tighter - hoping the hole will be smaller but that just makes the knit so tight that the shape ends up being a tube. please help

I ordered 10 skeins and made a blanket and when I was finished, I realized I forgot to use all but 1 skein, so I decided to make a matching pillow! I feel like I didn't have enough yarn though, and my stitches were pretty tight (same thing happened with the blanket, not enough yarn for the size I wanted). How can I fix this? I am using the 1 1/3 inch extra thick chenille yarn if it makes a difference.

For Jumbo chenille yarn you need 1.5 skeins for a pillow

Our yarn is 24-26 yards in a skein. For the round pillow only part of any skeins is needed - 10 rows will make a pillow.
