Well done! Curious if you have trouble with flies in the summer where you are? If so what do you do to help with fly control on your milk cows and while you are milking? I struggle finding a solution that isnt a heavy chemical.

We're yet to find a really sure-fire solution, mostly you just grin and bear it til the flies die

We use a kickbar which is a very humane tool to keep our cows from kicking. We only use it if the cow is feeling a bit cranky or if the kids are milking.

Only if there is a cut or some sort or mark on the teat. Then i pre and post dip.
