Silimide is fantastic because it's pre-waxed! Basically no knotting on accident, and minimal snagging on pins/beads. Definitely try it! I use the white color for almost all bridal. The ivory is fine, but it's a dark ivory

You should try silimide! It is great for hand sewing lace.
