फ्रेशर हूं मै, 1August को join किया, लेबर खूब है मेरे से out-put भी अच्छा देते है, मै बस पहले बारीकी से काम को देखा , Curing वाला थोड़ा भड़का है मुझसे 2 दिन मुझपे बहुत चिलाया भाई गुस्सा ऐसा आया कि इसे पिट - पाट के चलदुं , भाई किसी से अनबन हो जाए तो कैसे सुधारे , वो देशी पिता है बहुत 😁

प्रश्न मैं क्लाइंट की तरफ से इंजीनियर हूं,मेरे कंपनी का कांट्रेक्टर का सुपरवाइजर बहुत ही ढीठ है,में कोई भी काम का बोलता ही तो बोलता है करवा दूंगा ,लेकिन 10 बात बोलने के बाद करवाता है, मुझे काम की आज जरूरत है,टाइम पर नही करवाता है। कोई भी काम करवाता है तो आधा अधूरा करवाता है, ऐसे कंडीशन में में क्या करू?
