This is standard digital TV, if you connect your TV to wifi or broadcast the tv stream via converter box you'll get that HD picture you want. I got a TV like this, mines is 4K tho not sure what this one is capable of but it still looks great! 👍

I normally use the metal screw in anchors and double up on each side. If I find a stud fine, if not I use the metal anchors. I did the same thing when hanging my barn door for the living room. I attached screws straight into the header and used metal anchors for the rest. Stay blessed.
