Nobody gets that crap put on there wall or ceilings it horrid stuff ive never hung that paper for over 10 years

Hi Clint , it is still in the syllabus for L1 students . Pulp papers such as this are good tests for soaking times / cutting/ over stretching / handling etc . I agree it’s not a nice paper , but it meets the criteria for defects that can arise when hanging wallpapers .
