How to HarD ReseT ALCATEL phone - Factory Settings - Free & Easy -

You might be pressing the wrongs buttons, pressing them for to long and/or for to short a time, to slow, to fast or in the wrong order. Also you might have a button/s not working at all (broken button) or the phone is just broken and no longer works. Suggest watching my video and trying it again.

Google accounts and Android phones are tied together and tracked through Google. This is for security to help prevent phone theft. You either have to log in using a known Google username and password or PIN previously set up on the device by you or previous owner (contact previous owner) or contact Google directly and get the Google account sorted out.

Well I lost my apps

When you do a smart phone hard reset back to factory settings it deletes everything. You only get back the original apps that were installed when the phone was new.
