Can you please help me out with mine. I have a 2007 335i coupe. And I changed the navigation screen display,and still blank. But,the light still comes up,but reminds blank. And there's power going to it,and also the navigation professional but I'm not anything but there's light inside of it. And I checked all the fuse and they are okay. But mine doesn't come with a satellite where I could use the optic loop. Can you help me out please?

Thanks, it worked on my BMW X6 2011 doesn’t have DVD , I just pressed power (volume) button and eject button for 15 seconds. The idrive lcd was stuck on black screen was not turning on at all. It’s fixed now.

Same here. Just got on the car, noticed that the screen was black, and my volume button would not make my music from my bluetooth louder. Held down the dvd and cd eject, along with the power button for a few seconds, then screen came back up. Thanks!!

April 21,2020 My screen didn't turn on after I turned on the car. After that I waited then drove then I heard the navigation disk spin sound and the screen blinks white every 30 to 45 seconds. sometimes it works every day. It always have work the last 10 years. But I noticed when the screen blinks White SOS bottom indicator light blinks together ? I hope it's just a fuse. I tried the hard reboot but doesn't work I can't get the navigation disk out. I noticed yesterday there was a small glitch and it worked perfectly fine but after I turn off the car then it goes back to black screen. 😰

Hello I had a heater core in my 08 335 e92 done and afterwards the idrive won’t turn on the windows won’t work pretty much everything won’t turn on scanning there are codes 2a19,2dc3,2fbc,cda0,cda8,cdbe. I have sent the car to the dealership and they said everything is in good working order. I sent the cas and dme to ecu pro and they tested good. I’m at a loss please help the car starts but has no electrical power. The second you key on the water pump goes batshit crazy

Mine is not working coming on at all. It was working then nothing. I checked all fuses. Mine will not reset. Thinking it was bad I took it to the shop. They claim that no codes or issues woth the idrive but they could not get it to work. They called specialist who said if not fully code, fuse check, and coo.uter says its fine its a reboot issue but this reboot will not work. Idk what to do.

Adil Alrubayee Yes i did. I simply checkesd all the fuses with fuseprobe screwdriver and 1 fuse (10A) that controls the glovebox light, trunk-space light and screen all together went out. Replaced it, works again. :)
