I am not getting the no comment screen after preasing oower off and volum up

That happened to me too before. Suggest: You might be pressing the wrongs buttons, pressing them for to Long and/or to Short/Quickly/Fast at a time or in the wrong order (make sure you are pressing the Up volume button and not the Down volume button). Also you might have a button/s not working at all (broken button) or the phone is just broken and no longer works. Suggest watching my video and trying it again.

You might be pressing the wrongs buttons, pressing them for to LONG and/or to SHORT/Quickly a time, to slow, to fast or in the wrong order (make sure you are pressing the Up volume button and not the Down volume button). Also you might have a button/s not working at all (broken button) or the phone is just broken and no longer works. Try removing the battery if it's removable or try power button and power it off. Suggest watching my video and trying it again.
