I have eczema and I started doing research where it was said going on a plant based diet would help. I am currently pregnant and this is my 3rd pregnancy. Every pregnancy my eczema got worse. I got on KZbin and you popped up. Thank you so much for posting this. I was really wondering if you could do this while pregnant because you have to eat. I've been back n forth with becoming vegan. And now you will be here to help me stay positive about it. Thank you so much.

Congratulations Markita!!! I understand. I had eczema for many years. The type where your skin would bleed, behind your ears and legs. I know first hand how a plant based diet can radically change your skin. A plant based pregnancy is doable girl! Keep in mind because it’s such a crucial time for baby development, I advise you consult a plant-based nutritionist to help you meal plan and assure you’re staying on track so there are no gaps for you and baby. It’s crucial you get all your calories, vitamins and minerals. In general, my skin got better and better when I dropped the sugar, oil, dairy and meat, and went more plant heavy. So tons of veggies, lots of plant protein, fruit, loads of water…all of this helped tons. Praying you find your groove and that you heal! ❤️

clean up the diet by doing what she says n u will be preggo in no time. infertility is mucus and heavy toxicity on ur ovaries and uterus. once its gone it can receive a sperm. i went from being told I would never have kids unless IVF (that I never tried) to being on my 5th as of now. my last 4 children were plant based. i stopped eating meat in 2016

Your doctor would be the one to advise best on your specific needs. You can also discuss with them about replacing their supplements with alternatives if you prefer.

If I cover 200% on every vitamin on chronometer is it a deal breaker on a pregnancy vitamin as I would rather get nutrients from food I take b12 omega 3 vegan supplement and vitamin d3 vegan supplement and 2 nori sheets a day I feel sick constant and headache and tired

Sounds like you’re on the right track as the primary goal is to get your nutrition needs from food! ❤️ Still, always run it by your physician/midwife to make sure you’re A ok. Hope you feel better soon!

Did all that being vegan including my son since he was 7 yrs old he's now 21 and has so many health issues. Ate always healthy no outside process food didn't buy those nasty unhealthy foods. We had to change back to eating organic pastures eggs and grassfed meat. It made a difference in his health he always been very slim. Has constipation problems and bloating even with plant base. Been to many specialist don't know the course of the problems . All I know he can not eat diary . He gets hive from eating bread. So i make homemade pancakes and bread. I use grass fed butter. We eat beans soak it a day before add always Kombu. Trying to do the best i can to help him . He drinks kefir water probiotic which helps hes bloating and constipation. He cannot eat to much pasta because he gets bloated i mean we try everything.😢

@aliciacarmona50043 ай бұрын
@@cameyramirez576 he doesn't have celiac disease he was tested and it was negative. So now even the homemade bread I make gives him hives and the pancakes I make , the only flour that he's ok is coconut flour I make pancakes homemade for him. So we actually found out that he's allergic to flour but not coconut flour. He can not eat any pastry or cakes outside anymore. He cannot have to much herbs in his meals. Just cook less condiments , only salt and a little garlic fresh ones. No seed oils, only Grass fed butter Tallow beef and Glee or coconut oil.

Yeah, my health issues didn't get better until I was able to make all of my own food(literally going to the market and grocery store and buying only plants and prepping everything myself), which most people simply aren't able to do. I'm an ethical vegetarian, but the meat itself was less of the problem with my health than what it was fed. I have allergies. So I don't eat soy(so no tofu, but also no vegetable oil or lecithins), wheat(other than spelt flour), unnatural sugar, or highly processed food. I personally can't eat eggs anymore either. So, instead of eating meat, I made all of my own food from scratch, so I knew exactly what went into it. A vegan standard American diet will not have the same benefits. A lot of creators do this for a living and have a lot of time on their hands. But realistically, in my mind, it might be more beneficial to just eat meat and cut out ultra processed food and sugar. The SAD in vegan form isn't for anyone, and the vegan diet done correctly definitely isn't possible for most in the society we're in. Sorry you both had to go through that. I remember the feeling. Your son is blessed to have your support.
@aliciacarmona500428 күн бұрын
@Onaleesa Thank you Hope everything gets better for you too. It's not easy getting sick just eating certain food, now my son can not even eat my homemade bread or pastry come to find out he's allergic to flour develop hives redness over his body the only flour he can eat is coconut flour I make his pancakes with it..I have to put egg whites whip until it forms because he's also is allergic to baking powder and baking soda. So now he basically could only eat meat grass fed eggs and white rice, only white fresh beans, and potatoes bake or boil, and french fries baked. No seed oils only Tallow beef and glee, or coconut oil. This is what my son could only eat every single day that he's gut can tolerate, I do make chicken and beef broth homemade in my Instant pot, to try to heal his gut, I give him some to drink and I also cook with it to make a stew recipe. No spices or Herbs just salt , potatoes and some carrots , leeks, celerys and little garlic piece ,mushrooms. Wishing you the best in your recovery that you heal too. When someone has problems eating a food that can effect our health we have to do a elimination in food to find out what effects us. It's the only way because if we don't it can get worse and it can cause more damage which we won't be able to eat can be life threatening. Take care.
