I've been listening to your videos in bed before listening to asmr videos, and I want to say thank you for making these videos so calm- with no background music, loud noises etc.- it makes it perfect because I want to learn or listen to people talk about real world things while my brain is still too active.

I mean, it's your voice itself too so if you didn't know- you have a really nice voice to listen to and I just love your accent ❤

@@kimberlywhatevervids3106I'm doing the exact same. After an incredibly stressful day, there is something soothing and centering about this channel.

Perfect timing, love this approach - productivity for a reason rather than just pressuring ourselves to do more to align with grind culture. Thanks Michelle!

O my goodness, I just realised how much of that 'constant push energy' has been the most defining force in most of my life. It's exhausting living life that way and I am glad I have started giving myself the permission to define the reason why I want to do something and get to a point of gratitude where I am actually happy that I get to do the things I most want. It's such a life shift and I am glad you touched on that, really put the light bulb on!

This made so much sense. I’ve struggled soooo much with productivity and my MH. Being able to look at my productivity and look at why my ‘shoulds’ and ‘needs’ and why they are in these categories. Living on my own it’s hard to keep productive I’ve found it’s got worse since covid lockdowns. I’m going to look back at this vid again and breakdown why I have tasks I avoid and why they ‘suck’. Thank you for making this video Muchelle ❤

Great point on how we need a reason and "our why" - it really makes us as humans to be motivated. Thanks for this reminder Muchelle ❤

As always a great video! There's only one thing I wouldn't completely agree with: Doing the tasks in your to do list in the order what I feel the least resistance to. If one does that, that would leave you with the tasks you have the most resistance to for the end of the day, when you energy os depleted anyways. I'd never get around to doing those tasks then. However, I think it's a great way to get started and to get one to do out of the way to build up momentum in tackling the more difficult tasks. It could also work for days when you have low energy and you wouldn't get the more difficult tasks done anyways.

I totally get what you mean - I think this is a good "occasional" practice to do once or twice a week so that you feel more freedom in your weeks and let yourself be pulled a lil rather than constant pushing.

SEO, Promote, and Optimize your KZbin Channel Nice your video Hello friend, I have recently watched all of your videos happily. After that, I found some issues on your KZbin channel. Your videos are all very beautiful and look good, but unfortunately, your channel is not well-optimized and your video has no optimized SEO-friendly title and description. I missed SEO-friendly keyword tags, and I also found no eye-catching video thumbnails. that’s why your beautiful channel is not growing. If you want, I can help you.
