Brain dumps before bed have changed the game for me. Having a resistance/procrastination journal sounds like a genius idea! Thank you Muchelle, my productivity queen!

This is so good!! Can you please do a video on the different types of procrastination and how to resolve them? I feel like I have a lot of fear-procrastination, but I'm not sure how to get over it. Thank you so much for all your videos, you are the GOAT!!

have you heard of "exercise snacking?" the idea is that you move for five minutes, uninterrupted. great for transitioning to the next task, better for your body then grabbing a cookie & in just five minutes you can get a dopamine hit (w/o the phone!) ps: you are glowing!

I love to game for fun and I found that if I "gameify" my adulting tasks, I have a better time focusing! Usually my issue is not knowing where to start, so what's been working for me is taking my brain dump lists and putting them on a randomizer wheel and just force myself to do whatever task it falls on xD it's not always practical, but it does spice things up! Also I thank you so much for being the reason I discovered Notion and also the idea of brain dumping! Literal game changers!!

Same here but a bit different. Been doing this since a teen. When I feel overwhelmed and cannot start, I list my tasks that need to be done, cut them out, and put them in a jar. Then I draw out a task and work on it until it's done. Sometimes I have to put the task back since it might be a step two or something but that just makes it more fun. 🤣The things we do to make work more fun. haha

😂 I found a todo app called "Epic To-Do List" which makes your tasks look like a 1. Generation Nintendo game, and gives you points for what you accomplish...

Michelle, wow I never thought procrastination was a sign of an unmet need. Thank you. How powerful.

Omg the timing of your videos… Literally THIS MORNING I was thinking about how I need a sort of „stop procrastinating“ menu with things to do to get back on track. All these tips are golden, will definitely steal some ideas from you for taking better breaks! :) ❤

I really enjoy your videos and I actually like that you go back to topics you talked about before. As you said, you put a new spin on it and it's also very helpful to be reminded of good ideas every once in a while.

Thank you for the great input! I‘ve found the doodling twice at the list. 😁 I think it‘s a good break idea. But also doing something at home like tidying up - I love it as a break! I can move my body and do something productive and have more time after work 👍🏻 Greatings, Ana mit Jot 💝👒

Muchelle I love you and your content but these chapters don’t help my audhd self at all!!! 😂 I know u dont want the viewers to skip etc. As a content creator myself I see that, but more clearly stated chapters really help us navigate the content as well as rewatch the bits we love! I personally do not use chapters to skip or something but to conceptualise and remember. Just a little feedback ❤

Hmm I get what you're saying! What I tend to see when I put specifics in the timestamps is that my watch time goes down, which impacts my views. I hate to care about that stuff, but sadly, video performance impacts me! People see the labelled timestamps and think "Sweet! I already know that and get it, there's no pay off for me, no need to keep on watching." - I miss out and they miss out, which is never nice. I'll have a think about how I can use timestamps in a way that benefits everyone.

Agree, I love your content, but I’m currently searching for a specific topic or tip and the vague timestamps don’t help with that 😔

I love Notion but not the AI features, I've found using AI over the last year has really weakened my brain so avoid using it now. Love the procrastination tips though!
