Practical Psychology I don’t. It’s so much better without the music. It makes the video seem more serious. You obviously can still have intro and outro music but it detracts from the quality of the portions of when the lesson is taught. That’s just my feedback, do whatever helps your channel grow and your videos are great. 👍🏼

I love this topic and am a huge advocate for people taking control of their body language consciously and choosing how they communicate. That being said, please don't recommend people to try specific exercises. As a former bodybuilding champion I'm confident in saying that Deadlifts are hugely beneficial, but they're also one of the easiest exercises to get seriously injured on. The second exercise you recommended I didn't understand at all what you meant. I tried it and found it to be physically impossible based on my understanding of what you said in the video. Please next time just recommend some fitness channel you've found that teaches fitness well. You're not an expert in fitness. You're an expert in practical psychology, so stick to that. Before someone gets hurt.

(Whoever reads this know that this is my opinion and I would like to give this video some constructive criticism): I stopped watching the video when you mentioned "alpha," I agree with many of your points such as better posture and openness when meeting a girl for the first time. However, the term alpha should never be coined with humans and here's why: The preconceived notion of alpha was taken after seeing animals such as wolves and gorillas having a leader who got all of the girls he chose and beta males who submitted to him and showed respect to him. First viewpoint if alphas existed in humans that would mean every beta male human would have to submit to the alpha and give him respect. Which isn't the case at all. Everyone is literally developed to find their own pursuit of happiness, for example the brain receptors are more likely to create negative ones cause they're easier to access. Which then turns the person negative in his or her actions. For every positive thought we get, the mind tries to counter it with two negative ones. And look at our smiles, it's easier to frown than it is to smile because there are more muscles when frowning than smiling. We are literally built to pursue happiness. Submitting to another man would mean the restriction of another's happiness (this is excluding submitting to laws or governments). Which isn't a valid viewpoint or thing to do in a society that promotes happiness among each individual. Power poses can show masculinity, confidence, and high self esteem. These are the terms that should be used rather than "alpha." The structure of animals is simple, all of them have the same characteristics, same natural instincts, and looks. But, the females want to see out of all the same characteristics who can exhibit it the best. Which is why an alpha can exist it structures like that. Humans are more complicated than that. We have different races, religions, wealth statuses, personalities, and overall independent pursuit of happiness. If the term alpha is to be coined it should be used to describe those who are confident in themselves with their looks, personalities, and other traits regardless of who you are. Never categorize the world into two groups or "it's us and it's them."

I strongly disagree with the point about walking slower. Of course depending on the situation, but in general I feel like people who aren't walking fast have nowhere to be and nothing to do, no purpose in life. If it's a date with a walk in the park, then maybe not, but I wouldn't generalize it into "walk slower or you are seen as being out of control and afraid of being in the public". Or have you read some research on this? I would be interested to read it!
