This is possibly the best interview with Dr O I’ve seen! G: you ask great questions (I’ve seen 3 other of your videos before this and so know it’s not a fluke) and you are as beautiful inside as out. Love your empathy for your subjects that feels and sounds so genuine! Keep on keeping on!

Thank you for interviewing another great 'plant based' pioneer. "The food of the future will be fruit and grains. The time will come when meat will no longer be eaten. Thanks for this excellent interview, Gianna. Really liked your chat with Esselstyn as well. One of the striking differences between Ornish and Esselstyn for me was hearing their different views on fish oil, brought out in a brief interview with CNN's Wolf Blitzer. Esselstyn predictably eschews all use of oils, while Ornish ticked off the serious benefits of fish oil consumption. When you hear someone like Ornish flatly state that regular fish oil consumption can reduce your risk of sudden cardiac death by up to 80%, this should get your attention. Here's the clip, with the relevant content beginning at 4:30 : kzbin.info/www/bejne/qWPckpSvpbugl6s

Lynda, that’s a good question! I think he is either vegan or almost. We need to find out. Maybe with a google search. Or, if he reads this, maybe he could answer for himself?

@John Paradise He has quite a lot of fat on his face, which whole foods plant based eaters should not have. Unless you eat a ton of fat and calories.
