Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things unseen. Hebrews 11:1 ALL believers should stand on this Scripture!

Thanks for sharing, Dann. Remember that God is faithful to "keep you from falling" (Jude 1:24). God's power within you, through the Holy Spirit, will enable you to walk in His righteousness (Ezekiel 36:27, 2 Cor. 5:21). You've been in my prayers.

I was saddened by your post Dann - but I know how you feel - and I will pray for you. Some suggestions [1] Make sure you have been born again. If not - ask the Lord to take over your life (if you are ready) and to forgive all your past sin. He is faithful - trust Him to do so. [2] I keep reading in godly books lately, that the Lord prefers our worship to our service. Don't struggle to "work" for Him and battle on your own with your sin and failures - but simply start by enjoying His presence. Meditate on His loveliness and devotion to you - and His promises. [3] When you feel at peace in His presence, admit your weakness and utter dependence on Him - that is the one thing that God can use. Ask Him to guide you in every area of your life, and to help you to practically overcome each and every sin - slowly and methodically. It takes time - be patient with yourself. All God requires is your desire to be rid of your sin. When you hate it - then God can step in and help you deal with it. If you don't hate it yet - ask Him to give you that hatred. Zac Poonen said that we should hate our sin as much as we would hate to lick a toilet bowl with our tongue! Remember, the chief end of man is to glorify God and enjoy Him forever. Enjoy His presence and all His promises, - 'the joy of the Lord is your strength.' 'In His presence is fullness of joy and at His right hand are pleasures forever more.' As your trust and enjoyment of God depends - so will your desire to be free from your sin. The Lord will not fail you. God bless you my friend.

@@Ancient-Paths thanks so much for those words of counselling it gives me strength. I lost my mother one yr back she is the one who leads me into ministry. I just lost my eldest brother who use to be my spiritual mentor two days back. Continue to pray for me and my brother's family. I now start living closer to Christ since this pandemic. I cannot express my gratitude for the concern, you are a true blessings for many.
@Ancient-Paths3 жыл бұрын
@@damnw1234 I am truly sorry for your loss Dann - it must be devastating for you. The only comfort is to know your loved ones are with the Lord and you will see them one day. I do believe the Lord has sent (allowed) this pandemic to bring us all closer to Himself. I am sure many souls have come into the Kingdom and many saints have a deeper dependence on Him over the last year. This is a good time for you to dwell on the Psalms - why not read them as personally from the Lord - e.g. "I will dwell in the secret place of You Most High, and therefore abide under Your shadow Almighty God.... I will call upon You and You will answer me. You will be with me in trouble. You will deliver me and honour me. With long life will You satisfy me and show me Your salvation." (Psalm 91:1,15-16). Praying the psalms in this way makes them more powerful and personal. I will continue to pray for you - that you receive deep peace and comfort from the Compassionate One. He is Father to the fatherless, and even Mother to the motherless, and very near to those who grieve. The Holy Spirit is also your Comforter. God bless you.

This is extremely inspiring. What life is more appealing than living a life in abundance and faith to GOD. It is the disbelief and lack of hope thats cause us so many problems. GOD want to bless us. And he wants us to be believers of his word. This i think is the biggest challenge for GOD to do in a person. Thank you for uploading this video. This was very helpful. Wishing everyone reading and listening to this a blessed life:)

Best way to develop faith is to have great trials and lean on the WORD of God - the Bible. Life seems so unfair, and it is when we live outside the WORD. Life is difficult, especially when one grows up in difficult circumstances. It can be turned around by learning, believing and leaning on the WORD. For me it began by forgiving others. At first it seems it would let them off scott free, but it doesn't let them off, it lets you off. Its liberating. God bless.

This has indeed ministered to my heart, coming just when I needed my heart to continue to trust God with all my heart and not to my own understanding. I stand and trust. Even your personal testimony blessed me, thank you for being obedient. I was just starting to look down at the waves and I had just said yesterday to my husband, "I'm walking on the water and Jesus is saying,"COME" As I continue to seek God first and His way of doing and being right All these things will be added, I must walk by faith and not by sight, God is well pleased with that, my God WILL show up. Thank you again for posting! My God is an on time God, He is never late with His word to assist, encourage and get me back in the arena of faith with my full armor on!❤💪🔥☝
