Abby, you are still changing lives! You are such a beautiful support to your wife. Every word you say is so carefully chosen, heavy and true. It's beautiful to listen to you. I just listened to 10% Happier podcast with you.... i have been a medical doctor for many years and have watched many people die. Many. Most of them drift into death so smoothly, peacefully just like into sleep. Very few people fight it off. Even the ones who trully want a longer life, somehow, when it comes to it, they drift into it softly as if they are going somewhere where there is warmth...
