I would never recommend getting to the park at 12, as by then you’ve missed the first two hours where queues are fairly low because the park is still filling up. However, considering queues in the summer holidays were actually not bad this year, I think that on a Monday in September, you’ll get on all the major coasters easily. So yes, i think that should be okay
