@@zenthous9568 because it has a really low capacity for a park that gets really busy, it was very expensive and takes up a lot of space when they could have gotten something longer, higher capacity, more thrilling and takes up less space e.g intamin quad

Managed this 10 times in 50 minutes yesterday! Got to love off peak early ride time!! Managed the front left, front right, back left, back right and then also both “wrong way round” seats at the very back too 🎉🎉🎉

@@ion_iot oh trust I have been here there and everywhere 😂 velocicoaster, SteVe, top thrill etc but there was something about this that was enjoyable haha. At 0 min queue and I only go there once a year I thought why not. Like I’ll always have a soft spot for vampire

This ride is so amazing. 10/10. Guys, if you sit in the back seat, you are facing a different direction than everyone else so at the first launch you go forwards and are basically upside-down. Could have gone in the back twice but some idiots were loitering at the stairs so they could be at the back. But the back is the best seat hands down. Went in the ride 6 times in 2 days.

went on Mandrill for the first time today and i gotta say, it’s now my second favourite ride only just behind vampire. that inversion made me feel like i was gonna fall out of my seat, and the same going backwards too. it’s an amazing ride and i’m so looking forward to going on it again

It’s a great ride perfect for the park and that launch is snappy up to 45 mils an hour though the station🙌 especially backwords is quite an experience !

went on this yesterday deffo more intense when ur on it, i was near the back (number 6, next to the wrong way round seats number 7) and the first drop u can really feel it. and the upside down part u can feel it more too but a really good ride i loved it. great for someone starting out with rides as it has a bit of everything. not too much of a drop (likely changes where u sit), not too much upside down, speed and inversions so yeaa ☺🎉 a great addition to a family park like chessington, the POV doesnt do it justice honestly

POV footage doesn't do this coaster justice. It's a great addition to CWOA. 10/10 great for kids first inversion. The virtual queueing system is a total let down and should be scrapped. Props to the ride staff for getting the trains sent out so fast.

The virtual queing is much better imo. You can start queueing for this while in a queue for another ride, or eating your lunch for example.

Had my first experiences on Mandrill Mayhem this year, rode it about 7 times, both forwards on the front, a few in the middle and backwards on the end row. Really unique coaster and loads of fun, perfect addition to a park like Chessington. The launches although not mega intense give a nice burst of speed which makes this a perfect coaster for anyone a bit unsure! If your new to coasters get on this one.... you will enjoy it!

LSM coasters are an incredible feat of engineering. Completely different ride experience with the four launches on this ride. Yes it's no stealth, saw or nemesis in terms of thrills or speed, but it's highly unique, superbly themed and perfectly rideable! Plus 1.2m height restriction is a game changer for those who's kids aren't quite tall or old enough to enjoy the bigger thrill rides, but who are ready to do so!

I m so happy there is a new ride in chessington because my 9 year old son never ever went on rollercoasters that go in corkscrews or backflips the ride is 1.2 m and he is 1.31 so he can face his fears for the first time on a corkscrew ride plus he wants to go on it

just went today. managed to get row 4 to get the best results. the pov isn't enough man, that first drop is wild. Not much stomach feeling but damn, and the LAUNCH IS SICK. the only thing I would say is that spiral bit at the end is a bit scary but cool. First time going upside down too 😂😂😂😂💪💪

Also, a great tip for anyone looking to ride this ride without reserving the slot on the app........ The single rider queue line! There's barely anyone in it and at best you're separated by one ride with you the group you are with. We did four rides in one hour in the single queue line!

Scan QR code at ride for virtual queue, website tricky to load. tbf did have a couple of chances to buy the oneshot but was queuing in rides. All sold out by the time we came to purchase. Will go back to ride at some point, but first trip to europe to ride some proper big boy coasters :)
