Do not wash your underwear in any scented detergents ladies! It can throw off your ph. I recommend baby laundry detergent it’s a bit pricey but it’s worth it!

Yess I was looking for this comment. Also another good unscented laundry detergent is “All” it’s 100% free of parfums & dyes. Don’t get me wrong I love gain and all the great smelling detergents but when it comes to panties and even my jeans & shorts👖 I have to go with unscented. My girl down there appreciates it lol 😂❤️👇🏻. If you have hydrohidrosis like me, I have to use Castile peppermint soap on all my hot spots and use a local feminine wash I buy at the farmers market but if I’m out do that I use ivory soap. I’m so sensitive and so sweaty … EXFOLIATING GLOVES are my best friends 😂😂

Yes sis! I am also a firm believer in bar soap 🛁. I use it first. Irish Spring Original is my fav too! Then i use body wash for softness & smell. Then use Vagisil in pink. Then i rinse 🚿 in the cracks & crevices.. The detachable shower head 🚿 is great for it. Put it on the pulse/vibration setting too 😊😮. Wash my face good, clean out ears & nose. Dry off. Put on facial moisturizer. Use deodorant. Lotion up & spray up.. Ready for the day or night! Thanks for good content Paige. I was listening while bathing 🛁. P.S. it's important to mention to towel dry.. Especially the cracks, crevices, & toes. Air drying can leave a musty , stale smell..

Bar soap has always been a staple- I start with a more “harsh” one like Dial or Zest and then follow with more of moisturizing one like Olay or Caress or body wash. I also mix body oil with my lotion and it’s just adds another fragrance layer and makes your skin feel softer and glowy 😊 Suavatel and Ensueno fabric softeners are great and stay on your clothes forever!

Girl yes ! I love exfoliation gloves & soap bars that do not carry artificial fragrances. Especially if you are on your weight loss journey and looking to tighten your skin, work out & use exfoliation gloves 🧤 I still remember that tip with the water bottle !! I DO NOT recommend using scented laundry detergent though. Eating healthy is a must, but do we ever stop to think that these chemicals in our laundry detergent will not be absorbed through our skin? It can irritate your skin and can disrupt your hormones. Just read the warning label & ingredient list ! ⚠️

Not only do they need to get between the cheeks real good they need to do it at least two minute scrub back there and dry always use a cotton pad and I put witch hazel on it and you stay fresh and dry back there all day long. A lot of people don’t dry back there they just wash back there. You have to be dry back there, you dry everything on your body but not between the butt cheek so you walking around and basically sweating between your butt cheeks

I stay having wipes in every bathroom in my house as well as my purse... it's not a game. I use an african wash cloth, I also use a ph balanced low fragrance all natural feminine wash for the kitty. She doesn't get the same body wash that I use on my body cuz she dont like it. My kitty and butt neat get double cleansing, but you put me back on my Irish Spring bar soap days. I'm team body wash, but have no issue with a double cleanse... especially now that we on the heals of summer. I also use yoni oil... Its antibacterial and makes yiu smell and taste extra yummy. I recently brought a peri bottle. For those who dont know a peri bottle is given to you in the hospital following childbirth. You can fill it with warm water and squirt that rooter and toooter after number 1 and 2. Think of it as a bidet in a squirt bottle.
