This video is about How to heal a disc bulge | Heal your disc naturally
Once someone has low back pain as a result of a disc injury or disc bulge, it can be very difficult to treat. Most of the most important things is to stop irritating it. If we have an injury anywhere else in the body, we will cast it or wrap it in order to stabilize it and keep it from moving. Yet, when it comes to low back pain, there is a tendency to want to stretch it all of the time. Healing a lumbar disc naturally requires a certain amount of time of moving it as little as possible. This means to learn what a neutral spine is, and move from the hips instead of the spine.
Other ideas for healing a disc bulge include dietary changes and getting good quality sleep. The body can heal itself of most injuries. The speed at which it does so depends on how well we treat it.
Here are some other helpful videos on how to heal disc bulges • Back pain with bending...

Can you make any recommendations on stretches and frequency for a new antalgic lean caused by bulge or herniation?
@DrJeffreyOGuinSaintLouis
@DrJeffreyOGuinSaintLouis 3 жыл бұрын
I'll try to make a video for you. However, this usually requires some investigation and an exam to know the best direction.Most importantly, do not stretch into any direction that causes pain down the leg or arm. It's often recommended to shift towards the direction that brings you back upright again. Hold for about 10 seconds at a time, com out for about 2-4 seconds. Repeat several times and see how you feel afterwards. This is the best I can give you without an exam and having you in front of me.

First and for most, get adjusted. Must put the vertebrae back and centered.
@vzeller
@vzeller 10 ай бұрын
That's literally the worst possible thing you can do. It doesn't work like that. You don't adjust the spine with herniations. That will just cause inflammation and possibly more nuclei pulposa coming out of the disc.
@seanmclaughlin7415
@seanmclaughlin7415 10 ай бұрын
@@vzeller Totally wrong. The herniations are caused by subluxations. Adjusting recenters the vertebrae relieving the pulling of the vert. On the disc. You cannot heal properly without doing this.

@vzeller
@vzeller 10 ай бұрын
@@seanmclaughlin7415 Wow. Herniations are caused by many different things. If you have one and subluxation is the cause, adjustment is temporary. Your spine goes back to where it was, hence people needing to go back for multiple visits. My uncle is a Neurosurgeon and I showed him this response. He said, no wonder spinal surgery numbers go up every year. By the way, if you walk into a chiropractor with bad sciatica and an MRI showing bad bulges or herniations, the good ones if there were such a thing, wouldn't even touch you. Also, every single spine has some subluxation. That's just a fancy word used to scare people into needing treatment. It's just misalignment which everyone has. That's like saying someone needs a root canal because they have plague. Everyone has some plaque. Let us know how your subluxated and herniated back works out at the chiropractor. I'll visit you in the hospital.
