Hey there, happy artists! In this video, I share my advice on how to heal from art injuries. I’ve dealt with debilitating injuries that have kept me from making art; from hours of research and trying everything under the sun, I’ve found some new habits and short term rehab techniques that have allowed me to make as much art as I have time to make.
Whether you have carpal tunnel, RSI, tennis elbow, neck and back pain, plantar fasciitis or something else, I think my input can set the majority of people on track to feeling and working better.
Please note, this is not medical advice. I am sharing my opinions and personal experiences as someone who has dealt with art injuries.
