How to Heal Gum Recession to Grow Back Receding Gums
Gum Recession is a common gums problem. There is a difference between cleaning a sink and cleaning teeth and gums. Use a soft filamented Toothbrush, hold it with your fingers, and move in the vertical direction.
A simple tip to heal gum recession and grow gums back is based on the mechanism of healing after tooth extraction. Blood contains oxygen, nutrients, and special cells to grow tissues. Therefore we massage our gums to improve the blood supply of the gums area.
There are two methods of gum massage one is internal and the other is external.
You have to massage the gums with coconut or olive oil in a circular motion. If it is the lower jaw, then you should go in a circular motion, in an upward direction. If it is the upper jaw, then you should go in a circular motion, in a downward motion. That means it is a vice versa procedure.
After internal massage of gums with oil you should massage your face externally to heal gum recession and grow back receding gums.
Definitely gum massages after periodontal therapy is beneficial. While massaging the gums, the biofilm is removed. So plaque accumulation is removed, so this is going to aid in healing if the gums and also increase the blood flow to the gums. Also the healing efficiency is better and the kind of blood flow will increase the immunity of the gums, the massage can also be done by using an agent like cocconut oil or olive oil.
A special tip for gum recession healing to reverse gum recession is use of neem miswak or leaves.
