How to Use ALOE VERA for Gum Recession
Tips to cure gum recession with aloe vera
Using aloe vera for gum recession can be beneficial due to its anti-inflammatory and soothing properties. Here's how you can use it:
1. **Aloe Vera Gel**:
- Obtain fresh aloe vera leaves or pure aloe vera gel from a reliable source.
- Rinse your mouth with water and then apply a small amount of aloe vera gel directly onto your gums.
- Gently massage the gel onto your gums for a few minutes.
- Leave it on for at least 30 minutes before rinsing your mouth with water.
- Repeat this process 2-3 times a day for best results.
2. **Aloe Vera Mouthwash**:
- Mix equal parts of pure aloe vera gel and water to create a mouthwash solution.
- Swish the solution around your mouth for 30 seconds to 1 minute, ensuring it reaches the affected gum areas.
- Spit out the mouthwash and avoid rinsing your mouth with water immediately afterward to allow the aloe vera to have maximum effect.
- Use this mouthwash 1-2 times a day, preferably after brushing your teeth.
3. **Aloe Vera and Coconut Oil Mixture**:

My dentist told me not to brush my teeth in the morning but instead with my finger rub the teeth and gums and wash with water. After breakfast, I was told to brush my teeth regularly using floss and water Pic. Even in Pakistan many dentists say the same thing but you are asking us to brush our teeth when you wake up in the morning. Who do you follow very confusing. The right hand does not know what the left had is doing. This is a saying when there is confusion in professionals when giving instructions. What is your say on it. Anxiously waiting for a response as I plan to go for my regular checkup.

You need fluoride already availablein teeth to cause remineralization when demineralization occurs. That occurs when you eat. Second. Brushing after eating increases risk of erosion and abrasion as a consequence to depending what person has eaten or drunk. I have always recommended brushing before and there’s studies bcking that up 😉
