Copy the helix mic cal file to the desktop. Edit it from there. Copy/Paste & replace it back in the Helix folder.

When Tuning to the ATF Curve manually or with the Auto EQ Setting I get a stinging frequency in the area of snare sounds. Do you have any Idea why this happens?

I have a different question: I have the Helix M Six DSP which has six channel amplifier. I intent to have a 3-way component speakers for the front and a pair of coaxial for rear. This setup requires 8 channels. I am planning to use the M six for the front mid-bass, front mid-range and rear coaxial speakers, while the front tweeters will be powered by a different amplifier such as Musway P2, this amp will be connected to the Helix M Six as an extension. Is this a good way? Will I be able to use the auto eq or the helix DSP tool to tune?

is this an older version and therefore a few things have changed? eg. with the newer version can you just select the cal file in the helix software rather than relocate/rename the file?

Will this work on all the Helix models. Just sold my Mosconi and want to get a helix and don't want buyers remorse. I really only need an 8 channel but if I have to get more in order for this feature to work I would consider it.

regarding cancellations at certain frequencies, will the auto eq boost those frequencies to match the house curve? Because I prefer cutting and never boosting any frequency

@@3dxfx all that tells me is you do not understand gain structure and audio signal. Boosting is fine if you know what you're doing.
