What happened to me isn't my fault, but it is my responsibility. Formulating it that way feels noble.

Thank you so much for making this video. I'm a deep hearted person, and Ive always been there for others. These past 3 year's have seriously become a shock to me. Seeing people I've always been there for poorly put in an effort to help, and others like family become so drained I'm a burden. There's no easy solution, but this seriously helps me see where my power lies, and it's not my responsibility to be there for people who deflect blame rather than help put out the fire. I'm giving them too much power allowing them to step in that role apathetically. 🤔💡🔮

Very interesting and so well explained how you introduced the concepts and shifted the mindset without direct confrontation of it.

Thank you for what is a very relevant topic, not only with clients but within my family. Watching relationships atrophy due to blame, unforgiveness and the unwillingness to reflect on how our behavioral patterns may have contributed to current circumstances is quite painful. This video was insightful. Many thanks.

If there is a police force to actually enforce the blame then it might do well to blame - and for some types of blame there is indeed an actual police force. For other things, like parental neglect ('they meant well' is not exactly a falsifiable statement), there isn't any force that will deal with it. But just shrugging about it doesn't help those who went through it.
