Love how this video addresses the issues of being curvy when it comes to dressing without shaming those of us who don’t have naturally clothes hanger figures. And it doesn’t have do and don’t lists that basically come down to hide the fact you even have a body as far as you can. Oh and when it came to the blazer tips, I liked them both for different situations. The belted version is great for creating a more hourglass look and the open version for adding height. Apparently belted blazers are having a bit of a moment so might be good for this summer but some years it would look a little dated. The open version is probably a little more timeless. It’s great you offered so many different tools people could use depending in different situations. Another great video!

Consider wearing a quality full slip. Hanging from your shoulders. I find there is less waist bulk and it smooths over my body. Especially lovely in winter

Great tips! I just just got rid of some skirts (like 5 mins ago lol) that didn’t fit right, sizing is so important, I have pieces that I loved when purchased online but they simply isn’t flattering on me due to wrong sizing, I contemplated layering but I don’t like layering, I’m in Florida so it’s very hot here, I do love the idea of an asymmetrical French tuck! I like the blazer open, however, closed with the belt looks more work appropriate.

Thank you Trish just what us ladies need and the tips just enhance it ♥Also I like both jacket versions as it means you have two different outfits for separate occasions. Brilliant.

Thank you for this video. I am a very similar size to you and have done some of these tips but I don't have confidence in myself so don't think that they work, so thank you for confirming.

I love you low heeled slingbacks! Have you mentioned who makes them?

They’re from Claudie Pierlot but sold out now. I actually found a gorgeous pair from & Other Stories. I actually bought those too (I know, don’t judge me 😂) and can confirm they run true to size. Link to them here c.klarna.com/al/AF0O/

I always have a terrible time having skirts rise up to my natural waist. I'm long waisted, and my natural waist is quite a bit narrower than my hips. Everything just wants to creep up! I don't think this is a size issue, at least not solely. Any tips for getting your skirt or slip to stay in place and behave would be appreciated 😂.
